Can I track my parcel?
Yes you can :), you will receive a tracking number via email with your order.
Can I buy The Pineapple if I'm not in South Africa?
Oh but yes of course. We want everyone across the globe to experience and own our Homeware Essentials and Clothing International prices are subject to the fluctuation exchange rate.
What happens if my parcel goes missing?
In an unfortunate event that a parcel goes missing, we acknowledge that this is our responsibility to resend your order straight to your door. If you are in South Africa and 6 days go by and your parcel has not been received, it will be re-sent to you at no additional costs. For our international customers, if your parcel has not been received/tracked down after 2 weeks, we will resend at no additional fee.
